We are committed to respecting your privacy. This policy explains that we do not collect personal data and details how locally stored gameplay data is handled.

We do not collect, store, share, or publish any personal information (PII) such as your name, email address, phone number, or physical location. We do not require you to create an account with us to use the App.

The App tracks specific metrics to function as a fitness tool. This data includes:

• Calories burned
• Time elapsed
• Distance traveled
• Overall scores and accuracy ratings

How this data is stored:All gameplay and health data is stored locally on your VR headset. This data is never uploaded to our servers, nor is it viewed or analyzed by Education Simulation Designs. You retain full control over this data, including the ability to reset your lifetime totals and progress directly within the App's settings.

This App is built for the Meta Quest platform and utilizes the Meta SDK. While Education Simulation Designs does not collect analytics, Meta Platform Technologies may collect certain technical data through the SDK to ensure the stability and performance of the hardware. This may include:

• Crash reports
• Aggregated user engagement and activity metrics
• Device type and operating system version

The App relies on the VR headset's internal sensors and controllers to function. It does not utilize Bluetooth to connect to external fitness equipment, nor does it collect data from third-party hardware sensors.

Elliptical Explorer is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy.
